I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and sparkling clean, providing a pleasant warmth to return to after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was helpful and arranged my transport for my departure flight. they provided me with a delicious breakfast to go, even in the early morning hours. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated right next to a busy road with cars and trams. It was also conveniently close to the banks of the river Vistula, nice for scenic walks.

This hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and right beside multiple tram stops, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are modern and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The staff are very helpful and the reception is open 24/7. the internet connection is reliable for those who need to stay connected.
The breakfast provided could be improved, with limited variety and a broken coffee machine.

Good breakfast at Venezia Restaurant. Strong WiFi signal. Efficient heating system. Walkable distance to Jewish quarter and Schindler museum. Moderately priced taxis to the airport.

As youngsters, we loved the hotel's convenient location near the river and the old town. It made exploring the city on foot easy and felt safe. The hotel is also easily accessible via car and has nearby parking options. The breakfast served at the hotel was basic but pleasant, and we enjoyed the buffet with a variety of options like fresh fruits and croissants. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive to our requests, providing us with excellent dining suggestions and managing our invoices. They even surprised me with a bottle of wine and a birthday letter, making my trip extra special. The room itself was modern, clean, and well-equipped, with a nice bathroom, free tea and coffee, and a strong Wifi signal.
Felt to be welcomed, no reason to complain.

The room at Plaza Boutique was amazing, spacious, and beautifully designed. I was kinda surprised by the rooms when I saw them from the outside. They were clean, tidy, and had a nice scent. The breakfast served was delicious, except for the coffee. the hotel provided great value for the price.

We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and right by the tram stop. We also loved how this place was outside of the busiest center so it was quieter and more peaceful. There were plenty of restaurants around for us to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with anything we needed. We appreciated the room service and the dry cleaning, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We recommend this hotel to families because it has pet amenities available and we think it would be a great place to bring your furry friends.
